Ho Lee Group Pte. Ltd. ("HLG") is a diversified company in the construction businesses, property development and investment. Established in 1971, its other businesses include steel fabrication, equipment and machinery, as well as aluminium manufacturing through its subsidiary, LH Group Limited which is listed on the Main Board of the SGX-ST.

Ho Lee Construction, the construction arm of HLG, has an A1 Grading from the BCA for General Building and Civil Engineering, which is currently the highest grade for contractors' registration in such categories and allows it to tender for public sector projects of unlimited value. HLG is also on JTC's panel of approved developers to construct Build-To-Suit properties for MNCs.

Some of the projects which HLG has been involved in include HDB Sengkang N2C40 (Compassvale Ancilla), Bishan Underground MRT Interchange, Sungei Gedong Camp Redevelopment, Dawson Place, Pioneer Mall, LTA Office at Hampshire Road, Orchard Central Shopping Mall, Civic, Cultural and Commercial Building, The Sail, Singapore and The Clift, Singapore.

Kim Seng Holdings Pte. Ltd. ("KSH") an investment holding company, is the investment vehicle controlled by Mr Tan Kim Seng and his family. Mr Tan Kim Seng was the founder, former major shareholder and former Executive Chairman of KS Energy Ltd a company listed on the SGX-ST.

From 1998 to 2006, the revenue and net income of KS Energy grew from S$27.8 million to S$185.6 million and S$2.0 million to S$31.9 million, respectively. Mr Tan Kim Seng had sold most of his stake in KS Energy in 2006 and currently holds indirectly 5.5% of the shares in KS Energy through KSH.

As part of its investment portfolio, KSH currently holds a 6.7% stake in Heeton Holdings Ltd, a property developer listed on the SGX-ST since 2003. Heeton Holdings is engaged in the development of small to medium sized property projects (residential and commercial) and is also engaged in the ownership, leasing and management of retail and commercial properties. KSH also currently wholly-owns Scott & English Limited, which is involved in the oil and gas business.
