VI-REIT focuses on investing, directly or indirectly, in a diversified portfolio of income-producing real estate that is predominantly for business parks and other industrial purposes, whether wholly or partially, in Singapore and elsewhere in the Asia Pacific region.

VIT's current property portfolio covers an aggregate gross floor area of 3.9 million sq ft and are strategically located in key business parks and established industrial clusters with an aggregate valuation of close to $1.3 billion. Its nine properties serve over 144 tenants with 40% of the tenants are in information technology, e-business or data centre operations.

These properties house a diverse tenant and subtenant base of local and multinational companies from various trade sectors, including F&B, retail, logistics, storage, electronics, healthcare, renewable energy solutions, home accessories, telecommunication and data warehousing, engineering, as well as information and communications technology.
